“The public have an insatiable curiosity to know everything, except what is worth knowing” -Oscar Wilde
One morning, I went inside my daughter who is in college studying Industrial Psychology. With all the clutter, my eyes went straight to a sheet of paper on top of her diary. It was an essay she wrote when she was in high school. The content was pretty impressive and I know now why she said she’ll pursue her goals no matter what.

I am very certain when it comes to what I do. Whatever task/s I’m given, I make sure to deliver them well and effectively. By doing so, it includes a healthy work environment and keeping a professional relationship with co-employees; this is evident enough when working in a team and thus I state the following considerations when dealing with different types of people: It is perhaps an uncommon trait of mine to get along well with those who display an intelligent disposition. And by definition of display, it means that these types of people are actually good in conversation and most importantly are passionate about their work or interests.
I profoundly admire the most humble people who still get the job done. If I encounter people who brag about their selves, it is most likely that I evaluate them in how they handle instances where they are most susceptible to. It is also important for me that the people I work with are assertive and innovative.
Dull moments bore me especially when it comes to brainstorming along with people who are given the responsibility to produce substantial outputs. I have always believe that intelligence is a privilege therefore should not be wasted by keeping it tainted in our giftedly complex brains which in turn is meant to be utilized in our utmost capacity.
I’m also appreciative of people who are fast learners because it is a factor to consider bearing in mind the fast-paced world that we live in. Lastly, it is but critical to say that I am most in sync with open people; people who have a thirst for knowledge and would go the extra mile for a chance to progress. Open people are literally open to ideas, influences, culture, demands, perspectives, changes, transformation, etc.
These are my standards but then again, this does not eradicate a sense of acceptance to those who do not quite exceed expectations. After all, it is a joint effort and nothing is exceptionally more significant than sailing into a world of diversity.
